Office of the CEO
Alexa A. S. Raad - Chief Executive Officer
Ms. Raad joined the .ORG team as CEO in 2007, and oversees the management and day to day operations of the .ORG registry. Ms. Raad has more than 20 years of experience from the telecommunications, payment, and Internet sectors. Most recently, Ms. Raad was the Chief Marketing Officer of dotMobi, where she was instrumental in the company start-up and making the .mobi domain one of the most successful TLD launches. Prior to her tenure at dotMobi, Ms. Raad was a senior business development manager at VeriSign in Dulles, Virginia, where she developed new markets and channels for radio frequency identification (RFID) and supply chain and logistics-related technologies as well as for Internationalized Domain Names (IDN).
Law & Policy
David Maher - Senior Vice President, Law & Policy
Mr. Maher serves as the lead in advocating policies that support and strengthen the internet and the .ORG community. He brings over 40 years of experience in law and policy. From 1999 until 2002, he served as vice president for public policy of the Internet Society. In 2002, he became a member of the founding board of .ORG and served as chairman until August 2004.
Marketing
Lance Wolak - Director, Marketing & Product Management
Mr. Wolak joined the .ORG team in 2007 and is responsible for the .ORG registrar marketing programs, corporate communications, and product management. He brings over 20 years of international marketing experience with technology products and services at companies including TallyGenicom, Xerox, and Cimage Corporation.
Finance
Lawrence C. Martin - Director of Finance & Administration
Mr. Martin is responsible for the .ORG finance department and reporting systems. He has 20 years of experience in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors. He is a certified public accountant and most recently the chief financial officer of the Center for Health Policy Studies, Inc.
